Esperanza
Named for one of the incredible female artisans we've gotten to know during travels to Guatemala, Esperanza also means "hope" in Spanish. The blue and yellow design of this textile were carefully chosen by Esperanza and Lidia, fellow weavers and roommates, in order to weave a tablecloth to match their blue and yellow ceramic plates. Fortunately for us, they wove an extra!
Textile hand-selected from the small store in Comalapa where Lidia, a BOLSITA artisan partner, sells her footloom-woven textiles. Bag sewn by Silvia in Antigua, Guatemala.

Size + Features
The Minimalist has a slim profile and provides a sleeve-like fit. This design is best for yogis looking to carry only a standard, thinner yoga mat or those hoping to keep their mat tightly rolled and tidily tucked away. The Minimalist can comfortably accommodate a standard-width yoga mat that, when rolled, measures no more than approximately 4 inches in diameter. Features an adjustable strap and a drawstring closure.
The Carry-All features an adjustable strap, a wider mouth with a drawstring closure, space for a thicker / longer yoga mat, an exterior pocket for a cell phone or water bottle, and an interior key clip. The extra features make the Carry-All the best choice for yogis with larger mats, who prefer to tote a yoga towel, or who like to keep all of their essentials together. The Carry-All can comfortably accommodate a standard-width yoga mat that measures up to 6 inches in diameter when rolled.
Photos and features of both the Minimalist and the Carry-All can be seen on the homepage under "Las Bolsitas."
Care + Keeping
Your BOLSITA can be machine-washed in cold water, but should be hung to dry. Given our textiles are hand-dyed, we advise washing it alone the first time or two.
Returns + Refunds
Sorry, no returns or refunds at this time; please carefully review the "Size + Features" details to ensure you select the BOLSITA design that best fits you and your mat.
